I wouldn't have thought it possible for a DD to earn any less than 4 stars but I've seen a lot of 3 star and under reviews and it's disappointing. But now I get it. I stopped into 2 local DD's this past week and both experiences were 1 star experiences because of poor service and poor quality product. I visited this location before 10am and did wonder, before arriving, what the selection would be like after the morning rush and if anything would be fresh. When I asked for two peppermint mocha signature lattes with almond milk, she incorrectly interpreted my request as two regular lattes. Despite clearly stating my request, she didn’t listen. When I then asked for a half dozen doughnuts, she angrily selected them, which felt rude and unprofessional.
Additionally, the peppermint mocha I received looked nothing like the one depicted in the advertisements. There was no whipped cream or mocha drizzle, and it resembled an average, subpar latte instead. So we stopped by today not even thinking we would need to check out reviews for a DD, but boy we sure should have! My daughter ordered a Macchiato. When handed to to her she asked if they got the order right as it looked like just a plain iced coffee. The lady confirmed that it was indeed a Macchiato and not an iced coffee but that the person who made it screwed it up. My daughter asked if they could make it the way it is supposed to be made: with the cream on the bottom and coffee on top. The reply..... No. So basically we paid for a macchiato but got an iced coffee instead. Will not return.
I wish I could really express my disgust here but you'll have to understand this is really bad! So besides the service just being down right awful...... they put returns back on the shelf. They gave us the wrong donut, when we went in to get the correct one I pulled the donut out of the bag with my hand and showed the guy. He took it from me and put it on the shelf. I'm no food service expert but I think that's slightly illegal and seriously disgusting/unhealthy! The health department should really look into this place and lady's and gentlemen please steer clear.

I've visited this Dunkin' multiple times, and each time I've had an issue with my order. I always request oat milk in my coffee due to my lactose intolerance, but I've found that they often serve it with regular milk instead. They frequently forget items from my order or charge me for the wrong size coffee, insisting that I ordered that size, even when the person taking my order confirmed my request as I stated it. It's incredibly frustrating, and I won't be coming back.
Over charged at the drive-through for a burnt coffee Latte. Since I drove away I did not know until later to look up the actual cost and taste the coffee. What happened Dunkin? Coffee is not like it use to be. I rarely go there anymore (with other better coffee shops around), but took a chance. That was a mistake. I am not happy to say negative comments, but I was disappointed.
They don't even deserve a star. Got iced caramel latte and whn I finished it saw that there was a dead fly frozen in the ice. When I called the store the employ gave an attitude saying what do you want me to do about it.My order was 650 on 10/10 at 8:26pm
This is the only Dunkin' I've visited recently that makes the BEST Dunkin' Refreshers! All the other locations dilute them too much, but here, they actually taste how they're meant to.
