First of all read all of the other reviews. This is the worst location that I’ve ever been to. They have succeeded in frustrating the neighborhood since it became a Dunkin. The staff is rude, slow, and please have your employees wear gloves. Because it is not hygienic to tamp ice down with their fingers. Yes its clean, more importantly; learn how to put a top on correctly, many times I’ve spilled (I would say burnt myself, but the coffee is never hot)all over my car or pants. Hands down THE BEST Dunkin in the area. I stop by every day on my way to work, and that always have my order ready. Never any mistakes, food is always hot and well prepared. And the staff is extremely friendly. And they have ice cream too. Vegetarian options: They always have Oat and Almond milk. I went to this restaurant to order tea and coffee. I provided very clear instructions to the person at the counter. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and I had to wait for it to be fixed. Even after that, my order was still not correct and the service was slow. The employee was very rude in both their tone and body language, showing a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
