Me and my friends went to dunkin and this nice employee gave my friend a free glass of water since she was very thirsty. However, when I went up, this other employee named GOPI argued with me and told me that she wouldn 't give me water unless I payed. I didn 't understand that since every FAST FOOD store I 've went to gives free water. And then GOPI walked away from me and ignored what I was gonna say next. This behavior was extremely rude and terrible customer service. I understand that it costed money, but at the end of the day she should 've been nicer, but instead she was being mean and kept giving us attitude. This Dunkin' location has the worst customer service we've ever experienced. On 5/13/22, we pulled up to the drive-thru to order, and the first thing we were told was, "We are closing." The sign clearly says open 24 hours, but that didn't seem to matter. How can you tell a customer that the drive-thru is still open that you're closing? He took our order, and when we asked a question, he again said, "We are closing." It’s baffling to see such a lack of effort and work ethic. If they close at 10 PM, the sign should reflect that, and if a customer arrives before then, they should receive proper service. This isn't the first bad experience we've had at this Dunkin', but we've learned our lesson...
Waited a very long time to even be acknowledged. While sitting down with my coffee, a friend of the employees decided to lean on the counter with their flip flops and feet on the top of the counter right by the pick up area. This is disgusting to say the least. The employees saw this happening and did nothing to stop this or clean after. They also used a garbage bag to tie the doors shut. Put up signs that they were closed with customers still inside, yet never said anything to the customers inside. I almost couldn't get out of the building. Never again will I come to this dunkin.
I ordered a frozen cold chocolate drink through the drive through and asked them to change it to a regular nestle drink and when I went to the window to pay, they told me they thought I wanted both drinks and I asked them to take that one off and they said they couldn't because they had to get the manager and the manager wasn't working,. Since when can't they delete and order when it was a mess up on their end.

The coffee was outstanding, prepared exactly how I asked, and the donuts were fresh. What made our experience even better was the kind cashier who went out of her way to assist me with getting a Birthday donut for my mom. It may have been a small gesture, but it truly made our day! Huge thanks to the friendly staff.
Whatever old man works at 5 am on Monday mornings doesn't know what he's doing. It always takes at least 10 minutes just to get a coffee from a drive thru. Please retrain or hire a new person
Don't understand that they have a mobile app service and that orders come in via the computer. Was late to a job because of flagrant incompetence. Go to the one on Route 1.
I'd rather suck my neighbors farts then step foot in this location again because nothing ever goes right. Poorly maintained and poorly managed.

This is my favorite spot for a quick morning coffee. The lines can get quite long, but it's definitely worth the wait.
Great Coffee, Donuts, etc. clean place with a very friendly staff.
