Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

This is undoubtedly the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. Since it's the closest one to my house, I now drive an extra five minutes in the opposite direction for my morning coffee. The staff are rude, and it feels like everyone who works there would rather be somewhere else. Whenever I order food, it’s either burnt or stale. The quality of the coffee is inconsistent; sometimes it tastes like the regular Dunkin' coffee, but other times it’s just awful.

This is the best Dunkin' in the area! I've tried several others, but this is the only one I'll be visiting from now on. The staff is friendly, and the guy who helped me this morning really made an effort to ensure I got what I wanted. I wish I had his name to thank him personally. You're doing a fantastic job and I really appreciate it—thank you!

I've been visiting this restaurant for about five months, and I just discovered that they've been double charging me. It hasn't happened every time, but it has occurred at least three times each month. I won't be returning, and I've informed my bank about the issue.

The customer service was quite poor. The staff seemed almost irritated by my presence. When I went inside, there was no one in line, yet it nearly took five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. Reserva una mesa ahora

Early morning guy is super lazy. Says manager tells them not to stir any coffee.. lazy but they want 15 bucks an hour.. STIR EVERY COFFEE LAZY AZZ
