I came to this location around 10:30 PM planning to order two of the $6 meal deals and some drinks. The woman at the register told me the oven wasn’t working, but it felt more like she didn’t want to prepare anything or deal with cleanup that late. It honestly came across as laziness more than a real issue. While I stood there quietly deciding what to get instead, the male employee next to her started talking about me in Bengali. What they clearly didn’t realize is that I’m Bengali too. He said something along the lines of “we already told her the oven isn’t working and she’s still standing there,” then laughed with the woman. Wow! The service here was outstanding. We arrived at JFK the day before my wife's birthday, which also happens to be our 10-year anniversary. What’s a birthday without a cake? The amazing staff at Dunkin' assisted me in selecting, decorating, and customizing a cake just for her. She absolutely loved it and said it was the best cake she had ever tasted. They do not close at midnight, they close when the employees there feel like not making drinks. Arrived at 11:30 for a smoothie they said no we are closed only lattes. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
The people who work there, I want to honestly say they're great. Service is always on the point. You have patience with you and always have time to hear. I encourage everyone to visit this dunkin.

This is my go-to place when I have to wait for someone at LaGuardia Airport. They always get my order right and the coffee and food are always good. Keep up the good work
The staff is friendly, and the food has a wonderful taste, similar to other brunch spots.
Great restaurant, but unfortunately the restroom was out of order during my last visit.
My favorite order is a Chia Latte and an all-bagel with vegetable cream cheese.
