I work in the area and get breakfast here often. Normally my experience is very good however, this morning was different. I ordered the same iced coffee I always drink and it did not taste right. The coffee was bitter and sour as if the sugar had beenreplaced with something else or the cream had gone bad. I told the man at the counter (others called him Danny) and he acted asif he could care less about me or how my coffee tasted. He was disrespectful, rude, and made me feel like I was not a valuedcustomer. The coffee here tastes fantastic, and the prices are much more affordable compared to places like Starbucks, offering better value for your money. The staff is very friendly and polite. The donuts are wonderful, especially when they're fresh in the morning. There are plenty of sandwich options available, and most of them are delicious—especially the croissant breakfast sandwich, which is simply amazing. Just a heads up: this place can get quite busy at certain times, as it tends to attract a lot of teenagers!

Came in around 2:30 pm. Sat quietly drinking my coffee. Suddenly the place filled with 5-10 young teenagers. A few were very loud. One boy and girl were running in and out of the door, she was screaming loudly, they sat down and she continued toscream. What is this, a playground for teenagers. The manager was there and could have easily told them to leave or quiet down. The noise was unbearable, I had to leave.

I went to this place with some friends because we were really hungry, and it turned out to be a huge mistake! I ended up paying $4.47 in tax for just three donuts. If that wasn't bad enough, my Iced Macchiato was terrible! The taste of my favorite drink was so off that I had to throw it in the garbage after just a few sips. Reserva una mesa ahora

I encountered a very rude and arrogant staff member named Mrs. Rasmika during my visit, and I believe she needs additional training in customer relations. I haven’t experienced such brusque treatment in a long time. It's important to highlight this issue.
