Visited this business on 12-30-23 to takeout, and was disappointed at the small size of the jelly donut I ordered, the small size of the blueberry muffin, and the small size of a plain bagel that I had ordered. Additionally, the bagel was not cut in half as requested and the blueberry muffin was all crumbled-up. On top of this, the service was super slow, especially since there were five workers and no other customer inside the store, and the demeanor of the employees was not very welcoming. This visit was a waste of time money.
Dunkin' Donuts is a clean establishment where you can order whatever you want. The bathrooms are well-maintained and stocked with soap, which is a plus. I'm glad they offer both cold and hot running water, and there’s hand sanitizer available as well. Plus, there are three air heaters, which really adds to the comfort. Overall, it’s a great place to stop by!
The Dunkin' in Harrison is faster than others I've visited. However, Dunkin' needs to find a way to let customers know when their order is ready. It's often difficult to identify which order belongs to whom without physically checking the bags. Your items may be prepared, but you might not realize it.
My go-to Dunkin'! This location not only has Dunkin' on Tap but also the customer service is welcoming! I am a consistent coffee drinker and I love going to this location because my coffee (ice coffee w/ caramel and milk) is portioned really nicely AND it is always filled to the brim (I LOVE)!

This is one of the best Dunkin' locations in the Mamaroneck/Harrison area. I often order an iced caramel coffee and matcha, and they always get it right. The staff is friendly and quick to resolve any order mistakes.
The girl working there at night is quite rude to customers. No one feels comfortable mentioning that their coffee is missing.
I like this Dunkin! It’s modern and clean and chill in there. You can clearly see them prepare your drinks.
There is very delicious coffee and ice cream. Thank you very much, and it's a good environment.
