I visited the drive-thru and ordered two ham, egg, and cheese wake-up wraps. However, the person taking my order mistakenly repeated back bacon, egg, and cheese, so I had to correct her. When I reached the window, they handed me the wrong donut, which I returned. After receiving my wraps, I took a bite and found they were cold in the middle. I decided to go inside the restaurant this time. They gave me two fresh wraps that were warm and even offered me a free donut, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the new wraps were overcooked, and to make matters worse, I wasn't given any napkins.
I stop by Dunkin' for ice cream, but I can't really recommend it. It seems like only kids work there, and as customers, we feel like an inconvenience. Most of the ice cream is partially melted, so I end up choosing only the flavor that was recently sold to avoid it being exposed too long. Today, the large waffle cone I had was stale, and worse, it contained caramel both inside and at the bottom, hidden by the paper wrapper. When I mentioned this to the staff, they responded in several ways, saying they had nothing to do with the cones, didn’t make them, didn’t know who made them, or when.
The staff at this restaurant were quite rude, particularly the manager. This morning, I stopped by to get a drink on my birthday, and the manager bluntly asked me, "Do you have your payment? We have a line of cars waiting." I realized I had accidentally taken the wrong card from my wallet. To make things worse, she processed the wrong order and ended up delaying her line even further while trying to sort out a refund. It's really disappointing because I often visit this location, but I won't be coming back.
The food was just okay. I ordered an egg sandwich, but the egg was cold and tasted like it had been cooked hours before. The young staff were quite rude as well. You need to hire better employees who know how to treat customers kindly. I recall kids getting fired for being rude to customers—this time, it seems the problem is real.

I stop by My Med Coffee every morning for an iced coffee with easy skim milk, and they always get it perfect. The staff is consistently kind and friendly, which brightens my day. I return not only because they remember my drink order but also because of their delightful attitude!
I must say, this is the only Dunkin' Donuts I'll ever go to in the western suburbs. At other locations, the coffee is average, the donuts are often stale, and the service leaves much to be desired. However, here everything is perfect, and I'm consistently satisfied!
Please update your closing times. I checked online and saw that you close at 10 PM, but when I arrived at 9:20 PM, I was informed that you were already closed.
You can't find a better deal on a good cup of coffee than here. The only place that might compare is Thornton's if you're looking to grab a cup to go.

This is my favorite coffee shop! The service is consistently excellent, and both the food and coffee are always fresh!
