This location has one of the most wonderful, friendly, and skilled groups of staff I have ever come across. They always greet everyone with a smile, and if you’re a regular, they remember your name and how you like your coffee. It’s not just me; I’ve seen them extend the same warm treatment to other regulars as well. Often, your coffee is ready by the time you walk in because they recognize you in line. It was 7 PM on Sunday, May 1st, and this happened to me for the second time. I ordered a dozen donuts, and every single one was stale. Paying $13.99 for a dozen is one thing, but paying that much for stale donuts is unacceptable. I was embarrassed to serve these to my guests.
I had a fairly good experience at the restaurant. I did have to search for straws, but my drink was crafted just right. I placed my order through the mobile app for pickup, and they honored my request for less ice, which I truly appreciated.
I stopped by Dunkin' and ordered an iced coffee along with a doughnut for my daughter. The employee even surprised her with a munchkin as a special treat! Wonderful customer service and a great selection on their menu.
