I placed an order in advance using the mobile app, but I encountered car problems on my way to the restaurant. I called Dunkin to inform them of my delay due to the car issue and requested that they hold my order. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a fresh order for me when I arrived two hours later, and even added some extra bagel minis. Their kindness brightened my morning. No matter how long it’s been since the last time we came they always know my order once they hear our voice. Down to the details about how we want our turkey sausage egg and cheese. Great Dunkin definitely my favorite and they make the coffee/food very well!
