I just left this Dunkin' Donuts location, and my experience was quite disappointing. The woman who took and prepared my order was not professional. She had a glove on one hand, which she was using to touch everything—including money and credit cards. When she went to get my donuts, she pretended to use wax paper, but it was clear that she wasn't actually using it. That dirty glove came into contact with my donuts, which is unacceptable. She should know better than to handle food with dirty gloves. I tried to bring this to her attention, but she acted as if she couldn't hear me. This is really appalling.
I have been to this Dunkin Donuts on multiple different occasions. I am a black man. And the notable difference in treatment I received from the employee, Vincent, is unfathomable. He was clearly racist as he was nice to all of the other customers (white) before me. But when I got to the register, his whole demeanor changed, and he looked at me up and down with disgust. I didn’t know Dunkin’ Donuts hired staff that discriminated against customers. Stay away from this Dunkin Donuts.
The employee Vincent treated me horribly. Worst customer service I have ever received at a Dunkin. He might as well have spit in my drink the way he treated me and other customers.
the store was kind of messy garbage over flowing floor not clean..The place could have definitely used a clean up. But my ice coffee was good

Went there while on the way to the Christmas Shop. We had coffee and a donut. The coffee was fresh and properly brewed with fresh pastries.
A impulse buy as I was passing by, selection could have been better, maybe I will try back in 6 months or so
I'm not sure if it was because I visited in the evening, but the munchkins were hard and dry.
There are 3 Dunkins in Deer Park. wherever I go, they never make Bubble Tea. Please fix this.
