I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit. When I asked the waitress if she could warm up my coffee roll, she seemed annoyed and told me that they don't do that. As I started to enjoy my drink, I noticed her and her coworkers laughing and giving me disapproving looks. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts to anyone.
I was quite disappointed with the service here, as the staff was rather unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend using the mobile ordering option later in the day, as they often run out of items. Although the app lets you place your order, I've frequently been told upon arrival that they no longer have what I ordered.
Dunkin' is designed in a way that makes it difficult to sit and enjoy your purchase. Avoid visiting during the day, as the sunlight feels like it's roasting your eyes like an ant under a magnifying glass. It's best to come only after the sun goes down. Also, their menu offers a good variety to choose from.
The restaurant boasts a fantastic location right on the main road, complete with parking options and ample seating. I spent almost $6 on three donuts, only to find them all thrown together in one bag. This level of customer service is quite disappointing; I wouldn't even pack donuts like that if I were giving them away for free. The only good thing about this place is its location.
They've kept us awake and happy for years. My only issue is that sometimes the donuts aren't super fresh. However, they're still better than many other places, and the location is nice with great people working there.
Due to COVID, Dunkin' currently does not offer dine-in food, but their takeout service is always reliable, and the staff remains attentive and focused.
