There are plenty of employees at this restaurant, all of whom are very friendly. However, the staff is not well organized. The caramel latte I ordered came without caramel, and the sausage egg donut was served cold, almost frozen. To make matters worse, they added more cold caramel to my latte, making it undrinkable unless I wanted to go home and warm it up. While the store and location are good, and the employees are nice, the lack of organization is a major problem. Perhaps hiring more skilled staff and offering better salaries could improve the situation. I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
I would give Dunkins at this mini-fast food mall 3 stars for being able to speak both English and Spanish, which is helpful in a city like Boston where not everyone speaks English. It was a bit disappointing that they forgot my butter on a Saturday morning when there were only two customers, but overall the customer service was decent. The staff didn't know the Lipton brand of tea, but I can forgive that since she admitted she's not a tea person. It seems they use a lower grade black tea from Dunkins, but it's still worth a visit. Good luck to the people working at this Dunkins!

i always use the app to order, the place moves very quickly for the amount of traffic they get. some days are slower than others but that's how it works with high volume days, they can't make the place any bigger and can only have so many people behind the counter. one of my favorite dunks in the city.

The taste of the drinks can definitely vary depending on who is there and the type of service and quality as well. While I understand that all places have different people working and serving clients, this location's quality and service varies way too much.
The staff wearing hijabs were not very friendly and came across as impolite and rude. Their behavior gave the impression of bias.
