The food was fantastic, and as a regular customer who often dines here with friends, I have always enjoyed my visits. However, my experience today was disappointing because of the service. When my friend and I were ready to order, the staff member was in the back on her phone, and we had to wait for about 15 minutes. I even had to open the door to make some noise to get her attention.
I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and stuffed bagel bites sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. My receipt clearly listed my order, but she ended up making the wrong drink. I approached her politely to explain the mix-up, but she insisted that the drink was indeed mine. I showed her the receipt...
I would suggest avoiding this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The donuts were stale, and the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed more focused on their phone calls than on serving customers, even while making my small coffee. I had a sinking feeling about the place when I saw that there were no other customers or cars in the parking lot—it was a red flag from the beginning. It soon became obvious why this location has trouble drawing in visitors.
My mother and I have been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts since I was a child. The staff is always warm and greets me with a smile as soon as I walk in! Although there are several Dunkin' locations in town, this one is definitely our favorite, and I often prefer it over the others. I really value the service, and I've never had a bad experience here. They even remember my order as soon as I arrive. We truly love this Dunkin'!
The woman who works in the afternoons is extremely rude. On one occasion, she accused me of stealing just because I took out my credit card too early. If your machine was working properly, there wouldn't be any confusion about whether the transaction had gone through.

This is the best Dunkin' we've ever been to in the USA! The coffee is outstanding, and the pastries are always fresh. The service is quick and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. We’re regular customers and highly recommend it!
