I was displeased with how the manager handled my order. I ordered extra American cheese and she refused to believe me. She then tried to insult me in front of her staff by saying ?we all heard you that was not your order? out loud so the whole storecould look at me. Then realized she was wrong and I never received an apology.poor service when there?s no excuse. It?s calledtake your time and listen to the customer and your team will back you up.

Best dunkin on the island period!!.. I go out my way to go to this one, I pass a couple of other locations and still come here. Consistency.. same coffee everytime. Staff is super friendly, wouldn't go anywhere else.

In this place there is very bad attention from a woman who is on the afternoon shift of Hispanic origin, she is bitter

Great service. The manager sonia was very sweet and kind. My coffee was perfect just the way I like it.

Nice and friendly workers. Really good bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Good store overall.
