Constantly getting my order wrong. Today i went in an order a simple latte with oatmilk and they gave me regular milk, and they forgot cold foam. This would be fine if it was a one time thing but it’s becoming a constant routine, I’m lactose intolerant so when I pay extra for a specific milk a expect to receive that milk. Earlier on the year when i order a simple hot chocolate, I would receive a water downed drink, as a result of an unclean machine. I would truly appreciate if service was as good as they claim it to be.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant
I often order the same drink, but it seldom tastes consistent. I think I only enjoyed it just right on one occasion. To ensure accuracy with your order, you often have to remind them—not just at the speaker but again at the window—and even then, there’s still a risk of getting it wrong. As for the snackin' bacon, it’s not the same anymore! It lacks the seasoning and glaze it used to have; now, it’s just greasy and soggy.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. Their breakfast is nasty. Their milkshake is really milky and they charge extra to put whip cream on your drink. that is absolutely crazy. And it be the owners that charges extra for these things. And they are really rude. A milkshake is supposed to come with whip cream on it. I should not have to pay extra for it. And my milkshake is icy like a slushy.

This is definitely the best Dunkin' on the island! I always make it a point to stop by this location, even if it means passing a few others. The consistency of the coffee is unmatched—I can always count on getting the same great taste. The staff is super friendly, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
Whats the point of ordering in advance when you still have to wait 10 mins when you get to the window? And half the time they get your order wrong smh. This place has gone downhill with the customer service and wait time. Smh
This place is the worst, lousy service, the employees behave in such an ugly way to serve customers, they confuse everything with food, they get angry when someone tells them that they got the order wrong.
Never go there but I needed a latte bad saw dunkin ok just this once lol place was clean, fast and server was very nice and the latte was very good ? keep it going
