If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts 0 stars, I would. I started by patiently waiting at the register for someone to take my order, even though there was no line. I ordered my usual latte, but had to repeat my order multiple times and even had to return my cup to the worker to be remade. Today will be my last visit to this Dunkin', as yesterday I was charged $8 for a medium iced latte, when I usually pay much less. When I questioned the price, the manager tried to explain that the extra cost was because I requested almond milk due to my lactose intolerance. The restaurant was extremely busy, with even the drive-through experiencing difficulty finding parking. However, the order was accurate and the establishment was well-maintained and clean. Despite these positives, the customer rated the experience a 3 due to the long lines.

I went to the restaurant yesterday to pick up my order of mini bagels, but each time I order them, they never get it right. I do not recommend going there as it is a waste of money and time. The manager at Dunkin' Donuts does not care about customer complaints.
