Even though my order isn't always perfect, I still give this location a solid 5 stars. Compared to other Dunkin' locations I've visited, this one is by far my favorite. They are the most consistent when it comes to making my coffee. At other Dunkins, I've often encountered weak and watered-down coffee, and their cold brew is not great either. My only real issue is that sometimes the food isn’t heated long enough and ends up being cold in the center.
The service is consistently fast, and the drinks are delicious. However, parking can be quite a challenge since there are very few spots available. The parking area is small, and there’s only one designated handicapped spot, making it difficult for those with mobility issues to navigate. I opted for takeout during my visit. In terms of cost, meals are quite affordable, typically ranging from $1 to $10.
When I arrived I had them remake the drink, the young girl insisted this is how cappuccinos are made and dumped my beverage back into a blender added nothing to it and left me with this. Not only short but a very weak espresso drink. Another customer made jokes about also pointed out my shorted drink. This is what redeeming 700 points in the app gets you.
We stopped by for coffee on our way home. Although there isn't a drive-thru, I was able to place a mobile order, and they crafted our two coffees perfectly. It’s important to be patient since there are only a few staff members working, and they handle everything without a drive-thru, but the wait is definitely worth it. This Dunkin' location is one of the most efficient and quickest in the area. When someone accidentally took my order, the cashier, Oscar, promptly stepped in to assist and ensured I received my order right away. Thanks to the attentive staff, this is definitely my new favorite Dunkin' spot!
