Oh I gave them a half a star not even no stars I ordered my drink and left it there were the two dollar tip because they asked my brother what he wanted and he said he didn’t have no money so I was going to pay so she walked off the other lady said she didn’t ask us if we wanted anything I said yes we did and she said well I’ll have to ask her I said it’s no big deal I’ll just order it and then I heard her in the background saying swearwords one of the managers so I just left the coffee and tip for nothing just to get yelled at

The employees at Dunk's are truly exceptional. They work tirelessly, dealing with rude customers who are often in a rush. They seem unfazed by the constant chaos and manage to quickly and efficiently put together orders. Their ability to remain calm and efficient in such a fast-paced environment is truly impressive.

It always takes a long time to place an order for some reason. It definitely seems like they are understaffed, however, it becomes quite frustrating when it happens every day.

The service at the window was surprisingly good, exceeding expectations. The staff was very polite and attentive, a rare find these days.
