Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I visit this restaurant three times a week. Unfortunately, they often get my drink order wrong, even though it is on the menu. Today, they made my five dollar mistake again. Additionally, I left with only part of my order as they forgot to give me two donuts. When I called back to inform them of the mistake within five minutes, I was told I needed a receipt for them to do anything about it. Without proof of purchase, I couldn't get my donuts or the correct drink. The person who answered the phone, named “Hamilton”, seemed more concerned about finding the donuts I paid for but didn't receive rather than helping me. This is very frustrating as I am a regular customer who spends a lot of money...

the woman ordered an ice rink and waited 10 minutes, while 4 other people got their drinks. my wife asked if she was her ice cold latte and instead of actually speaking to her the coworkers actually looked confused, mumbled and went back to make other drinks. what the devil is going on here? 5 minutes and 2 other people who get drinks, and my wife decided to go instead of making a scene. she paid for a drink she had never received, and the personal is literally as unprofessional as conceivable. Avoid loading them to all costs.

For the love of coffee...I placed a mobile order at 8:40am for a medium iced coffee a breakfast sandwich and hash rounds...At 9am they admitted that they hadn't made the sandwich or hash rounds only the coffee...blamed the print out system.At 9:10am they finally made the food items...three other ladies were also just get piecemeal items from their order...so all 4 of us are now late for work.ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE!Thanks for making my Friday start out on a great note?

the service was inexpensive. 4 tries and another worker to understand for cashier, I wanted a kakao mocha signature latte. did not understand and had to tell him while he put it in the position that it was wrong. one of the drinks was not mixed well at all. the load was not busy. it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I am extremely disappointed in the decline of Dunkin’ Donuts standards. The last few times I visited locations in Virginia and Florida, I ordered a vanilla crème donut and was shocked to find barely any cream inside. The service was decent, but the donuts need to be filled properly. It seems like they are cutting corners.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a well-known restaurant that offers similar menu items at all locations. However, the service at this particular location has always been excellent and quick. The only downside is that they do not have a drive-thru option.

We frequent this Dunkin' location often when we are in town visiting family. The drinks are always made perfectly and the staff is very relaxed and friendly. I highly suggest using the app to order ahead.

Brong back the chocolate creme filled powdered donuts for 5 stars.owner said it was discontinued, but in all other locations carry it.other than that food coffee and donuts are on par with Dunkin. Reserva una mesa ahora

I go to this Dunkin often. The manager and staff are really nice. It gets busy in there but they are always busting their behind to get you your order and get it to you right.

who does not know Dunkin’ donuts? rather similar to everywhere, but the service at this site was always great, and fast. their only part not a drive-thru.
