Really unhappy with this location. Last Sunday 11/20 I tried to go inside at 6:14 PM the door was locked the workers were inside and mouthed they were closed even though the hours on the door state they close at 6:30. Today, I went through the drivethru to get a latte and the greeter, was extremely rude then on top of it when I pulled up all the workers were insidelaughing and I had to wait at least 3 minutes for my latte for it to taste burnt and not even full. I went inside the managerand her workers laughed at me in my face and gave me dirty looks. the manager claims this latte has foam not sure where.Truthfully this is horrible customer service.
It's fine I got my drink just waited in line at the drive thru longer than I'd like, but we're all in a rush to go nowhere aren't we. Are ppl just difficult when they order so the workers have to take longer making their drinks or are the customers soindecisive when they get to the speaker and have to ponder for a millenia until they figure out what kind of frickin donut theywant? It's hot, I'm inhaling the exhaust from the car in front of me and all I want is an ice cold beverage.
GAVE ME BURNED FOOD AND I CAME BACK AND ASKED THEM TO REMAKE IT JUST FOR THEM TO WAKE UP THE SAME BURN FOOD!! ASKED A A REFUND A MANAGER THREW HER GLOVES AND WALKED AWAY!! HONESTLY A HORRIBLE LOCATION!!
I always order a cappuccino, sometimes it's fine, but almost always I get less than half a cup. and today it's generally a horror, only three sips. I guess I'm done going to this Dunkin' Donuts today

More concerned with VERY busy drive through than customers at counter. Took more than 2 minutes before anyone even looked at me.
Good experience here, I was treated well and received service with a smile, I love that! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
