As a former employee, the photos speak for themselves. If you dare to order a bagel, chances are it has been sitting out for over 2 days, collecting mold. The workers are too lazy to clean it and incapable of properly maintaining a restaurant that isn't infested with bugs and mold. There are ants routinely found on the hot fudge and caramel machine. The milk machines consistently produce old and sour products. If a worker is exposed to COVID-19, they are instructed to continue working and keep their diagnosis a secret. This place needs to be shut down, and unfortunately, it may take someone getting sick or dying for action to be taken.

This location is absolutely terrible. They messed up my order, so I went back inside to explain that the donuts were for my mother's birthday. However, the manager had a bad attitude and didn't care. She instructed a staff member to prepare the donuts, but instead of doing it properly, they smashed them and removed most of the icing. When my mother received the box, she thought it looked like someone had sat on it. This place is full of incompetence and I will never come back. They tarnish the reputation of other Dunkin' Donuts locations. I wish I could give them zero stars.

HOW....HOW DO YOU MAKE ALL COFFEE AND ESPRESSO TASTE BURNT at this location!!! This location never washes coffee pots or equipment and you can tell. They don't time espresso shots and let them turn before adding milk.. they use old coffee if you use a coupon for a free anything.. my friend who used to work there just let me know to stop going here. Coffee taste like the burners smell at 711 from people spilling coffee on them its just ignorant. New management needed

do not use this place!. they can not make simple drinks that are 3 ingredients. I have literally a cappuccino with no coffee! seriously? they are always from all sorts of things. will have a kind of donut or not make a Sunday because they have no banans. Cappuccino machine is always broken. do not waste their time by coming to this place! there are some other places within 10 minutes, so they avoid this place if possible! Reserva una mesa ahora

Cold food!!!!! Very dry bagels. Out of the omelet bites, but we waited for 10 minutes just for them to tell us that after we ordered. We then ordered a sweet block pepper bacon croissant which was cold, one piece of bacon, cheese was not melted.

Every time I go to the drive-thru there are always short-on donuts.It's getting anoying. I'm not sure what the problem is it could be in the middle of the day and it's always the same.

they do a good job, only 1 odd. laying hathbrowns under sandwiches in a togo bag is not great. they are crushed and put in the bag. also, always quite fast service.
