Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I have been a customer here since the doors were opened. Everyone has been so nice and professional and the food has been prepared properly for almost every visit.In the last few weeks or so the quality of the iced tea has been steadily declining. It either tastes skanky like it's old or it tastes like the donut oil.I've been drinking quality iced tea for over 40 years and I have a keen taste for good tea.Now that I see the tea is dispensed through a tap, it probably means the line is not cleaned often enough and or fresh batches are not produced often enough.I hope this problem is addressed very soon!

Everytime. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here my signature latte tastes like an unsweetened boring latte. I even ask for extra pumps of flavor and they still don't know how to make a freaking latte. It's really obnoxious at this point. I've lost count how many times this has happened. I hate this location because they clearly don't know how to pump a bottle of flavor into a cup. How difficult can that be even when asked to double up the flavor? Low IQ? Idk but I'm really fed up with this location. Never have any problems with any other location.

Sooo..... It's Dunkin, and thats a given. All the usual drinks and food items. The staff is friendly and nice.The training that new employees get appears to be non existent. There are always new employees who have no idea how to anything. I'm not sure who is in charge of that , but that appears to be lacking. Everyone is very nice though, so it's bearable.

it is duncan what can they say about it, it is good I recommend the frozen hot chocolate with four creams and four caramel vertebrae it is the best

The manager was extremely rude. Please by aware..go somewhere else. I'll never send money with this business again.
