I made the mistake of coming to this restaurant again. The line for the drive-thru was very long, so we decided to go inside. We waited 40 minutes for a coffee, and even though the people who ordered after us ordered 4 coffees, their order came out before ours. The place was so disorganized, with people standing around doing nothing. This will be the last time I ever come here. Food rating: 3, Service rating: 1, Atmosphere rating: 1.

We made a quick stop on our way back to Virginia and had a great experience using the restaurant's mobile app to order. The service was excellent, and we opted for a takeout breakfast. The price per person was between $1 and $10. The food was delicious with a rating of 5, the service was prompt and efficient with a rating of 5, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting with a rating of 5.

I keep making the mistake of going here. I always place a mobile order. I think they’ve gotten it correctly may be five out of 20 visits let alone you have to wait at least 20 minutes no matter if there’s one car or six also the Dunkin’ mistake where nobody seems to read the number in front of sugar so they just put 20 pumps in instead of just 1 like I always ask.

We requested that our coffee be made correctly since my friend used to work at Dunkin' Donuts and knows how the machines operate. The young girl then threatened to fight us when she was off-duty outside of her job. This behavior is unacceptable. I am very disappointed.

This is a pretty solid Dunkin. There was a good amount of space and great service. If you regularly pass through Hughsonville like I do, then I'd recommend this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

more than once it has taken at least 25 minutes for my order and it is always wrong. most employees, especially the manager, is extremely rude.
