I was okay with not getting a good morning returned to me each time I greeted the employees, but to mess up multiple times with my order was a bit frustrating and disappointing. I swiped my loyalty ID to get the $3 cold brew and was told “No” and that “the regular price for cold brew is $3.59…” regardless of the special ran and the cheaper price I showed via my app. Not only did I end up not saving $2+ but I got shorted on my change due and requested the remaining amount (still was incorrect), didn’t receive a straw (went back for it and actually got a goodbye greeting after my 3rd/last request for something), and my medium cold brew didn’t even have the standard 3 shots/swirls of flavor add...

The staff appeared uneasy during my visit to this restaurant. They offered takeout service for breakfast with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food received a rating of 3, while the service only rated a 2. The atmosphere was lacking, earning a rating of 1. Recommended dishes include the Sausage Egg and Cheese, Hash Browns, and Donuts. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking in the lot.

I made a last-minute order through the mobile app for 36 donuts and two jugs of coffee. Because the donuts weren't the random assortment, I was warned that there might be a delay. However, when I arrived at the location, everything was ready for pick up. If they can handle this type of order, I can only imagine what else they are capable of. The service was for takeout and the meal type was breakfast.

Wow costumer service exelent. The employees friendly and very polite.I went there 2 times while i was in DC . My orders were right how i ordered and i was so happy because that never happens here in NY because they always messed up my orders and employees give me actitud.
