Dunkin' Baskin-robbins

The service was very disappointing! In particular, the young African American woman at the drive-thru, who is missing some teeth, was extremely rude and impolite. I work in the area, and my colleagues and I will not be returning. You might lose around 300 customers each week because of this. This happened on the morning shift at 8:40 a.m. on October 18, 2022.

The restaurant wasn't open at 7:38 AM. The drive-thru line was long, extending down the street, so I decided to walk into the lobby. However, the doors were locked, and nobody even acknowledged my knocks. I'm really frustrated with the food industry since COVID. If the lobby is closed, that's understandable, but the doors say they’re open 24 hours.

The breakfast sandwiches are excellent, and they have a nice selection of donuts and bagels. The service is consistently good across all locations. However, the regular coffee continues to be disappointing—it's weak and lacks flavor, resembling dishwater.

Always closed days open until 10 but come at 815 and guy said sorry we're closed. The other day I went there he said open until 9 but he's closed again. Plenty of Dunkins that are open when they say and want to work. Reserva una mesa ahora

This might just be the worst Dunkin' in the entire continental United States. They consistently mess up your order, time after time. Let's go over a few examples...

I really enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee and their small breakfast sandwiches. The service at this location is consistently excellent, and my orders are always correct.

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area! They always have plenty of items in stock, the drive-thru service is quick, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Never had any problems with the people till today. There was a young lady without a few teeth, idk her name. Extremely rude!
