As a new student at SUNY ADK, I was eager to discover the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area. My coffee order can be quite complex, but the staff here took the time to ensure they understood exactly what I wanted, and they nailed it! The three young ladies at the counter were not only friendly but also very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin' Donuts often!
I?ll keep it brief?. Worst location ever due to bad employee attitude. The women here are extremely rude and on a power trip. No paying customer should be treated as an inconvenience. Seriously someone needs to address this, this location does not live upto brand expectations. Can not stress how terrible this location is. Other reviews say the exact same thing
I waited 30 minutes while they chatted among themselves before I finally had to ask about my order. They took the two empty cups off my table and made one coffee, which they handed to me with the lid only partially secured. To provide some context, I had a tight schedule to get to school, and their delay meant I had to leave without the rest of my order.
The new location is stunning and incredibly clean. I stopped by for a coffee, and while I may be a bit traditional, paying $3 for a cup seems a bit steep and not entirely justified. This place either needs a new drive though microphone or I don't know because the first time I went there I order something with hash browns they charge me for hash brown and never gave it to me Then I order an iced coffee and they give me a hot coffee i told the worker and she ignored me
Terrible service! Boy with brown hair, blue eyes, looks to be 16 or 17. Messed up order, went back, messed up order again! What the heck. Won't be going to this location again. I'll go to Starbucks where they are nice and the coffee and order is doneright.
The team at Dunkin' always gets my order right! It's clear they have an outstanding manager, which truly makes a difference. Thank you to all the Dunkin' crew for the excellent service throughout the years and for keeping the menu offerings on point!

When you pay for something you?d expect to get the whole thing. Coffee shortage going on or something? Only reason for the review is because it?s the 3rd time they?ve filled it like this.
