I stopped on my way home hoping to grab something quick to eat, but the counter was closed! I was not going to wait in the long line at the drive through. I used to stop here every time I went through. No more!! I found a better place where the people are more accommodating. This happened to me right after Christmas, too, I'm not giving you a 3rd chance TWO strikes and you're out when it comes to depriving me of my lunch,

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, and I felt ignored throughout my visit. My food arrived cold when it should have been hot, and my drink was overly sweet. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. Additionally, I found it difficult to hear the order being called out over the speaker. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.

I waited 30 minutes while they chatted among themselves before I finally had to ask about my order. They took the two empty cups off my table and made one coffee, which they handed to me with the lid only partially secured. To provide some context, I had a tight schedule to get to school, and their delay meant I had to leave without the rest of my order.

Older Heavy set lady that’s always working on the morning constantly gives attitude and today when I went there in the morning she made me wait for ten minutes then went to take more order and said she couldn’t cause it was more than one thing and that there was a line inside there was no line inside at all Reserva una mesa ahora

This place either needs a new drive though microphone or I don't know because the first time I went there I order something with hash browns they charge me for hash brown and never gave it to me Then I order an iced coffee and they give me a hot coffee i told the worker and she ignored me

Terrible service! Boy with brown hair, blue eyes, looks to be 16 or 17. Messed up order, went back, messed up order again! What the heck. Won't be going to this location again. I'll go to Starbucks where they are nice and the coffee and order is doneright.
