Just left this establishment after being a witness to an altercation between a customer and Samantha. The customer was inappropriate in her actions. Samantha was very unprofessional. She was cursing as loud as the customer. She even came from behind the counter to faceoff with customer. There were several customers in line waiting to be serviced. I ordered two large cappuccinos and two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, one of which was without sausage. The menu stated that if you order a medium, large, or extra-large coffee, you could get the sandwich for $3. However, my total came to $21.74, which didn’t seem right. I should have said something, but the place was crowded, and people were rushing in and out. I didn't want to hold up the line or add to the staff's frustration.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a Dunkin' Donuts location, largely due to the staff's attitude. The woman at the counter outright refused to accept my app rewards for a free hash brown. Her tone was condescending, and it felt as though she was intentionally being rude. This kind of behavior really put a damper on what could have been an enjoyable visit.
This is the only 24hr dunkin I go to that has fast service even when it's a line. Sydney always gives great service Its amazing how this young lady holds in down by herself. Day shift has too many people working and services is so slow and unprofessional. If it wasn't for Sydney I would never come here!

I was at this place i had 4 drinks once i paid i go to pick up spot and my 4 drinks were ready, amazing service and really friendly people, definitely will come back without hesitation, Best Dunkin Donuts ive ever been too.??
Ever since I came here, I won't go to any other location. Sydney is the best! At this point she has my order memorized and makes it perfectly every time. And on top of that she is super friendly!
I ordered an everything bagel, but instead received a plain one that was as hard as a rock. I expected them to know how to toast a bagel properly.
I visit every morning at 4:45, and the lady there is amazing. It's unfortunate that I don't know her name. She truly has a beautiful spirit.
