I’ve been to this restaurant about four times, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning. On three occasions, they got my order wrong. During my fourth visit, when I requested something, the young employee rudely told me, “We don’t have it.” I accepted that and chose something else instead. I ordered ice cream in a cup, but the lid they gave me was smaller than the cup itself. When I asked the staff member if that was how it was supposed to be, he replied, “Yes, so what?” He then proceeded to smash the lid onto the cup with the ice cream in it. At that point, I decided to leave without taking my order or paying for it. The customer service was terrible. I really should have stopped coming after...
Great coffee and excellent customer service. I've never had any issues until one time when a customer was aggressively trying to get my attention. I felt uncomfortable, so I asked for assistance, and the staff helped me handle the situation. Overall, a 10/10 experience—I would definitely come back.

I really love this location and I’m a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Everyone I've encountered among the staff here is friendly and cheerful, and they’re quick at the drive-through.

This is easily the worst Dunkin' in Illinois. It's not just in the Chicago area; it's the worst in the entire state. The staff is poor, and the quality of the products is terrible.
The service is disappointing, and the drive-thru experience is frustrating—be prepared to wait over 30 minutes just for a single coffee. It's incredibly inefficient.
The customer service here was incredibly disappointing. The person working the 5:30 pm shift on 7/18 was extremely slow. I would recommend avoiding this location.
