I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, with me waiting 15 minutes just to place my order. The staff member was struggling to take my order correctly, and I found it frustrating that they would hire someone who seemed unable to handle basic tasks.
As if that wasn’t enough, I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for my bagels. When they finally arrived, the bacon was undercooked, and my hash browns were missing entirely. I didn't want to address the issue with the staff, as I felt that the person who took my order wouldn’t understand my concerns. Overall, I left unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
This Dunkin' Donuts is conveniently located next to a BP gas station and features a drive-thru service. If you go inside, you'll find a Subway restaurant right next to it, along with a convenience store on the gas station side. The BP station offers both regular gas and diesel fuel, making it a great stop for all your needs. You can easily fill up your tank, grab breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts, pick up a footlong sub for lunch, and even stock up on snacks and lottery tickets—all in one convenient location.
I have to say that the store manager, Sophia, is quite disrespectful and unprofessional. When I reached out to her about my paycheck, she requested that I resend my information, even though she already had it from when I was hired. It's outrageous that she would ask for it again. I would advise against working at this store, as the atmosphere among the staff is uncomfortable.
The manager, Sangeeta, is exceptional! She efficiently oversees everything, which is reflected in the fantastic customer service. I truly appreciate it. I'll also be sharing a picture of my new Duncan thermos. Additionally, there's a staff member named Aravind who demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Worst Dunkin in IL! They’ll maybe get your order correct on the receipt 50% of the time, but who knows what coffee or food you’ll actually get. Don’t waste your money at this location.
Worst Dunkin ever! Is it really that hard to make the mini bagels? Take them off the menu if you can’t serve them cooked consistently, nobody wants to eat cold chewy dough!
Since I started my new job in Wheaton, I drive by this Dunkin' every day, and I really enjoy stopping at the drive-thru to place my order. It's always fast and efficient.
The family is very nice, and service is good, sometimes the bites are a little frozen on the inside. but i keep going back for their dunkin refreshers.
