Pathetic customer service. The hispanic person i dont know if he was the manger/supervisor but he was rude and full of attitude. NEVER.. I WILL SAY NEVER GO THERE. I asked them to fill my kids milk bottle and I was paying but he kept accusingpeople who ask for the bottles being filled like this. I have asked Starbucks people to fill them previously and they made sureI was satisfied. Mind you I paid them too. But morning time and this much attitude. I wish he NEVER has kids.
To the lady working at this kiosk on May 39th, 10:15am, you need to work on your customer service skills. I cannot believe the disrespect you showed me when I asked you a few questions about the menu. Just absolutely ridiculous I agree with thesecomments, the hiring staff must do better. Will be avoiding this Dunkin? at all costs throughout my travels.
Pretty good; not a large choice of donuts but it appears they do have all the drinks?good customer service; only issue is they don?t take the app for cashing out?if you push out the app then ?ALL? Dunkin Donuts should accept funds via the app.

Dunkin' Donuts was the only restaurant open as I was leaving the airport. Their menu offered fresh food, and the customer service was excellent.
Fantastic spot! I've visited previously and always had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food tastes great.
Just no where near the help they need to accommodate the amount of travelers trying to purchase Dunkin products. 25 minutes and still in line.
