I had a really disappointing experience during my last visit. I was informed that I couldn't use my coupon code because the restaurant would have to cover the cost. I don't understand how that makes sense. I have a valid code, and I should be able to use it as many times as I want. It's not like I'm trying to use the same code repeatedly! I just want to know why I was told not to use my coupon for a free crafted drink.
The donuts are delicious, and the staff is friendly, polite, and welcoming. They serve food and drinks quickly. I've been visiting this place for three years now; it's my favorite Dunkin' Donuts.
The staff is friendly, and they always get my order correct. The restaurant is located just down the block from a high school, so it tends to get busy early in the day and around 3 PM.
This place is alright if you're craving a drink that's mostly ice with only a small amount of beverage. If you want better value for your money, you might want to try somewhere else. Reserva una mesa ahora
I avoid going there because the employee behind the counter seems to have a persistent mouth infection and frequently picks their nose. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
They usually get the orders wrong when it's busy and for some odd reason it's more expensive then other Dunkin' places in the area Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
