This restaurant is staffed by young employees who appear to lack experience in handling orders and food preparation. Unfortunately, this might result in losing customers. Furthermore, we experienced rudeness from the staff, including raised voices, which demonstrated a lack of basic courtesy towards patrons. We've faced this issue several times during our visits.
I waited more than 20 minutes for my order through the app, only to find that I received the wrong item. When I pointed out the mistake, the manager told me I could either accept it or walk away. I’ve chosen to walk away and will be sticking with Starbucks from now on.
This restaurant is extremely unprofessional. The staff seemed disorganized and were quite rude. Even the simplest requests appeared to be a challenge for them, and they often acted as if you weren't even there.
