I don't like to give low ratings or poor reviews but I was actually shocked at the poor customer service at this location, especially given the fact that I used to be a Starbucks barista and I know the customer service requirements for coffee shops. Before I continue, I'd like to say that I have no other complaints. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, so sometimes you gotta take what you can get, I guess.When I came here, I stood at the register for what seemed like almost five minutes and no one even looked at me. The manager was sitting in the dining area, most likely on break, and didn't even bother asking his employees to help me. All I was getting was a bottle of Power...
Out of the DD 's in the general area this one is the Cream of the crop. Only issue I 've ever had with this one was.... uh... oh wait no issues at this one. Others yes, but not THIS location. Don 't go to the one down the road by Home Depot... THAT one isn 't good like this one.
This is a wonderful Dunkin' on Laurence Harbor. The staff is super friendly and nice. The manager Sophia is so warm and welcoming. Very pleasant and attentive. She makes sure your order is perfect.Parking: Lots of available parking spots.
Most petty DK!!! I asked for whipped cream in the side for my dog obviously and they wanna charge you for that?. While your coffee is mediocre, every should just go to Starbucks instead.

Phone is disconnected, your order will be wrong 4 out of 5 times. This place is exhausting. Unfortunately it is the only drive through in our area. Seriously the worst.
Go thru drive thru...as for a decaf coffe...they informed me the did not have any brewed...as a coffee shop...how can you not have any? I will tell you why...they are
Large lattes have little to no espresso every single time. Somethings wrong with the location, just go up the street.
This location was across the street from my daughters dentist appointment.
