The staff here seem like they could have come from Disney World, as they’re always incredibly friendly and cheerful! We love visiting this Dunkin'. They consistently make our drinks perfectly, and the donuts are fresh no matter when we stop by. I regret not asking the newest employee’s name because she absolutely deserves employee of the year—she was fantastic! (To be continued—I’m going back soon to find out her name.) A big thank you to all the employees at this location. We truly appreciate you.
This is the only Dunkin' I will ever go to! I really appreciate how much the staff cares. For instance, today I accidentally placed a drive-through order for 8:50 instead of my usual 8:40. When I arrived around 8:36, I realized I was too early, so I parked and waited in my car. The guy (I really wish I knew his name; I should have asked) brought my order to my car from inside. It was such a nice gesture!
I went to the Dunkin' at 700 E Huggins in Elk Grove yesterday to buy four $15 gift cards as gifts. However, the man at the counter told me I had to pay with cash. Surprised, I asked if that was their company policy, and he said yes. So, I went to another Dunkin' location and had no problem purchasing the gift cards there.
The service was incredibly slow, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant, and there was just one person in the drive-thru. Very disappointing experience!

In my last three visits, my order was wrong every time. The food is just what you would expect from a standard Dunkin'.
This coffee is excellent, and the servers are very friendly.
