"Stayed in Wilmington for three days and ended up eating here twice. Super friendly staff, tasty beer and food. I only wish I could bring this place back home with me! Even if you're not vegan, Panacea is worth a visit."

"OMG, this place is amazing. My wife 's constant refrain was, I can 't believe you didn 't order . I had a Meeting of the Minds pizza and it was incredible. Will come back frequently. I would have posted a pic of the second Chocolate Brownie Cookie but I couldn 't wait"
