I took a few dozen for my employees this morning. The team worked wonderfully, greeted with a good morning and what can I get you. The older lady is always there-super friendly and accommodating, but today, a younger thin guy probably late youthful 20... WOW super friendly. He said so sorry, but we only have 1/2 dozen boxes, I said no worries and he immediately made the boxes with my selection. Since I have a tea, no lemons anymore?? Huge Bummer, I said I'll be back, let me put the drink in the car. Ran out, let the drink go and get some money for the top. I turned around and there was the boy with my bagged donuts. I thanked him for the delivery, gave him the tip and told him he did my day....
The staff here is incredible! I live in Pikesville, but I'm currently staying here while I arrange childcare for my son. The team always helps start my morning with a smile. Today, I stopped by a cafe close to my house, but they didn't have mocha available. I tried a caramel drink, and it was just awful. So I came back here, and they made me a new drink that was perfect, just like always. Thank you for always smiling at me and my son!
The line moved quickly, and the donuts were freshly made. I also enjoyed the iced coffee, which was surprisingly good and cheaper than Starbucks. Normally, I would go to Starbucks for my iced coffee fix, but I was in the mood for donuts and decided to get some to share. I really needed this coffee today, as I was dealing with morning brain fog, and it definitely helped clear my head.
Give this man Daniel a raise please he kept his composure at the counter after I was kind of difficult to work with, by himself rocked a whole room of 8 people , and that was the best frozen pumpkin coffee I've ever had.
