Dunkin' Donuts - Reserva de mesa

The restaurant has a nice, new, and clean atmosphere, but unfortunately, they struggle to make lattes consistently, despite having a push-button machine. We visited today and ordered a couple of wake-up wraps along with two lattes. The wraps were poorly put together and fell apart as soon as we took them out of the bag. As for the lattes, they were almost undrinkable: one had a chemical taste that made me wonder if it was contaminated with leftover cleaner, while the other was mostly steamed milk and had a strange aftertaste. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times my drinks were watered down and not what I ordered. During my summer visit, I requested an iced coffee with cream and sugar, but they served me essentially milk without any sugar. Today, I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but received a regular macchiato instead. I expect to get what I pay for, and I find it unacceptable to waste my money like this.

Compared to other Dunkin' locations in the area, my experience with the bagel sandwich I ordered here was quite disappointing. It was overcooked, tough, and bland, and the egg in the middle was cold. It seems like they might be serving stale bagels or simply lack proper cooking skills. I certainly won’t be returning to this location.

Unfriendly and medium crew. Regrets to work there after they mistreated me. Manager has no manners, very impatient man, will guide you around, but do not give clear instructions what he wants you to do. Then fire you over the phone... thanks. Reserva una mesa ahora

Inappropriate staff and incorrect order. With three in the same area I go from now on to the other.
