Yesterday, there were two women working there.Both had masks on. One at the register, however, had the mask pulled down, exposing her mouth and nose. As she proceeded to make my sandwich, she was chatting away with the other worker over my foodwithout covering her face. I told her to cover herself. She did but said she had been vaccinated twice, as if to say it was notnecessary for her to cover her face. She also did not change the glove she had on her left hand when she went from touchingmoney at the register to making my sandwich. The ONLY way this is a 4 rating cumulatively on Google is because of the owner's friends.. No sense of customer service. Employees yelling at you for your order. No social distancing rules for customers. The customers just bump into you and invadeyour space. No leadership. Horrible experience this morning at 7:30 a.m. hoping for better. Was just as bad as the Andrew hotelI stayed in. I'm serving your community by choice in a medical capacity. I was disgusted by the mayhem and customers yellingtheir order and bumping into me at 7:30 a.m. YOU have the capacity to make your franchise better. Food quality was bad too.
The following day, I went back to talk to the same manager about the problem. Instead of listening to my concerns, he told me to contact customer service to fix the issue rather than just preparing the drinks I had ordered. Honestly, it’s frustrating that he couldn’t resolve such a straightforward matter.
I have mixed feelings about this Dunkin' Donuts location. The customer service is inconsistent—sometimes it's good, but other times it falls short. I believe the manager might be responsible for some of the rudeness. Because of this, Dunkin' Donuts is now my last option.

The worst DD! I asked for the Iced Cappuccino, they just put the milk in the cup and added coffee that was brewed prior to my order. No wonder the drink had no taste. Do NOT recommend!!
The staff are always friendly and efficient, even during busy times since the location is right across from the train station. It often gets crowded in the mornings.
There were roaches crawling on the walls, overflowing trash bins, and dirty tables. The whole place felt grimy. Despite this, the staff didn’t seem busy at all.
on Sunday June 26 I mobled ordered and it took 15-20 min. Many customers were complaining. The person had oven duty was very slow.

Awful service and unfriendly staff! If it were possible, I would rate it zero stars.
