I spent an eternity waiting in the drive-thru. I requested a blue Gatorade for my son and a large hazelnut cold brew, only to be told they didn’t have any Gatorade at all. As a result, I ended up getting him water. When I finally reached the window, I noticed that the car next to me had a blue Gatorade. When I inquired about it, the woman said I could add one to my order instead of swapping it out. Frustrated, I declined. To top it all off, they also messed up my coffee order.
I've visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been disappointing. My coffee order is consistently incorrect. On my most recent visit, my sandwich was completely burnt. The staff is consistently rude, regardless of how many customers are in the restaurant or in the drive-thru. Additionally, the restaurant itself seems to be in need of a thorough cleaning. Service: Takeout.
The service is quick and the staff are friendly, always confirming my order by repeating it back to me for accuracy. I enjoy visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts in Hanson whenever I'm nearby. The place is also very clean, which is a nice change from some other Dunkin’ locations I've been to, where the trash cans are often overflowing. Highly recommend!
