I ordered a bagel with bacon and cream cheese from a different location, but when I got home, I realized it was missing the cream cheese. I found out it was from a different location when my mom picked it up for me. I went back to the restaurant and explained what happened to the lady at the window. She asked if I had the bagel and told me to pull up. I wasn't even going to ask for a new bagel, I just wanted some cream cheese since I didn't have any at home. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me because I didn't purchase it from that specific store. I had to go around the drive-thru again and pay for the same bagel with cream cheese. The customer service was terrible - if they want customers...
