Durango - Reserva de mesa

Come to Durango for years. They always enjoyed their food. But today it wasn't. I hope it's just a one-time situation as we really would like to come back. On a cold day like today I was really on a beef soup (caldo de res) or Cocido. It's one of my favorites. I asked for the meal with extra serving meat. I was told that the parts were preset, but they would see what they could do. I informed the waitress that we would pay the additional costs of the requested part. Unnecessary to say The soup came with the three pieces of meat you see on the photo. There was no reason to explain what could happen about the additional meat content. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Even though we were a large party of eight visiting Arizona, our server handled everything effortlessly. She kept our drinks filled without missing a beat. I ordered a huge burrito that was more than enough to satisfy my hunger, and the total bill was reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I love the food and staff. On Wednesdays nights they have karaoke. They always give you chips and salsa. The salsa is really good. Reserva una mesa ahora

The carnita platter and Pancho Villa platter are fantastic! I've been coming here for 20 years, and the service and quality have always been excellent.

I would have given more stores if they had better customer service. The food is great. Perfect place to go if you have time to wait around for service.
