I have left this location not 10 min ago. I ordered a drink with strawberry softop because I was recommended to try it. My initial encounter with the employees at the window was pleasant and then I proceeded to hear them complain about having to manually put in the option for soft top, as well as how annoying the process is for making it. The other ends up agreeing and talking about how 2/3rds of the drinks she’s made lately include that soft top flavor. The guy at the window ended up talking about how it was popularized by tiktok and how this soft top should either get taken off the menu or the company should begin providing pre-made soft top like the others. Placed a mobile order and got there in the time it said it would take to be ready. Stood at the front counter for a couple minutes. 2 workers standing there just looked at me then looked away. I was finally greeted and was told they were almost done with my drink and to wait a few minutes. After 10 minutes standing in the heat I ask how much longer is it going to take I’m then again asked for my name. One I give them my name one of the workers pulls my drink out from the fridge!!! How long was I standing right in front of the window in the heat while my drink was in the fridge. Not to mention I did the mobile order as it should have been faster now I’m actually going to be late to work. Will...
Honestly i have a love hate relationship with Dutch Bros. The drinks are okay and sometimes you have to double check whether they actually put any coffee in them as it's usually just a glass of chocolate milk and caramel sauce. Soooo much sugar. But the over friendliness seems boarder line fake and sometimes the questions they ask are just odd. The prices are high but they can charge it as long as they keep up the demand and near cult following they seem to have. They are clearing targeting tweens with the app is it's near a game when trying to place an order.
Always a Joy coming here. Though there is always a long line, just proves they are doing something right. But they are always very speedy without sacrificing quality. So we never wait too long and are always satisfied with our order. And it seems this is the only one that makes our drinks how we love it. Other locations just don't make them the same. The employees every single one is always super helpful, friendly and overall welcoming. 10 stars if possible. I literally drive an extra 20mins to come here
Th coffee and drinks are great. Attitudes at this one vs the one across the street is worse, they seem to fit the more “mean girl” vibe most days. Feel like I’m wasting gas as I sit in line for over 15 minutes before my order is taken and there’s 3 cars in front of me. The other line has had 3 cars leave and I haven’t even moved in that time.
Have been coming to this location for a little over two years now the staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is one lady who always takes my order. Her name is Katie very sweet helpful and always give suggestions if you’re wanting to try new things. You will never leave disappointed with your coffee!!
