I’m not usually one to complain I went to Dutch to get my dog a pup cup. They had the double line sign out and I pulled into the second line. There was a car in front of me and one to the side of me. The employee made eye contact with me. Went and moved the sign so it would only be one line and continued to get everyone else’s order even if they arrived way after me. I waited a couple minutes and no one came to take my order. About 4 cars arrived after me and they were all served. I honestly was really embarrassed and felt like I was in the wrong for following what the sign said. I wasn’t trying to cut or get my coffee before everyone else.. honestly it just hurt my feelings and felt very intentional. I worked in service so I understand being busy and taking care of people in line but when you’re intentionally ignoring someone for following the directions.. it’s pretty rude. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was my one day off and all I wanted was to treat my dog to a pup cup. It just ruined my day and hurt my feelings. I know I sound like a cry baby but I work in health care and when you’re trying to treat yourself to something little things like this hold a big impact..
I came in specifically ordered a carmalizer freeze for my boss and asked for white milk instead of chocolate milk. I showed the lady the sticky note and told her it was for my boss so it has to be with white milk. She told me she would have to see what to do and her boss came to the window and explained what to do to make that happen to the lady that took the order from me. When I got back to the office it was a blended carmalizer with chocolate milk and now I here how much his coffee sucks and I’m now trying to call and they won’t answer the phone been on hold for 8 minutes. We get coffee there once a day for The last month and tipped the chick just to screw it up when I heard how to make it cause she said it I. Front of me too. What a terrible deal cause now I hate your business since I have to be the one to hear about it
I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else.
