Dutch Bros Coffee West Salem

Good establishment. I always hear good reviews from friends. I got their milkshake that was vanilla flavored but it tasted like chocolate. It may have been they use the same pitcher for each drink. The staff are very nice. I recommend.Parking: Did not see much parking. Close to none. It's more of a drive thru business than a walk in and dine.

The staff is awesome but their hand blended rebels are GARBAGE. They like to leave chunks of ice so when you take a drink from the straw, the chunks of ice clog up the bottom of the straw. I always go back thinking it’ll be different but they always disappoint.

Maybe they were understaffed, but it took 15 minutes to get through the line and get drinks.Kid-friendliness: We asked if they had dairy-free chocolate milk for a kiddo, and they figured something out! Our girl loved it!

Good coffee good people just takes foreeeevvvveeerrr.. make sure u have a spare 40 minutes
