It was a cold soggy late afternoon at the end of term. We had been asked to do something special with our grandson aged 5 years as all the family had had colds and short tempers. He chose Dylan’s. Ice cream in winter! A large black and white cow welcomed us to the magic of this shop. It was full of happy children’s voices, chairs were at a premium. We asked To join a table which just happened to be occupied by the family of a child in our grandsons class. It seem as though we had unexpectedly joined a party. We live nearby and pop in year round to Dylan’s, so we are seasoned enthusiasts of this locally created ice cream! I was prompted to write a review as we visited in the run up to Christmas after their promotions of Christmas flavours, and were delighted to find chocolate orange, and Christmas pudding, both of which we sampled and were excellent. I was a bit torn as the other festive flavours were equally tempting, we will have to visit again soon!

The ice cream is delicious, I had gooseberry, bramble sorbet and lemon merengue all of which were richly flavoured. The cafe is a real community hub, the staff are very friendly and the place was bustling with children and families. Places this good are as rare has hen’s teeth.

Sweet service, friendly smiles, plenty of fun flavours my boys (and I! love it here. Birthday treats, good behaviour treats or just a weekend treat... any excuse will do. Ben and his team have created a cosy little cafe here well done!

First visit to Dylan’s Ice Cream shop in Haslemere. So many lovely flavours to choose from. I had two scoops of blackcurrant, excellent flavour, very fruit and tart. Looking forward to trying lemon meringue next.

I have been in here a few times and so far only had the Milkshakes, they are very tasty and the ice cream selection is always changing. I'll be back to try the other items on the menu soon

We both tried lots of flavours and they were all as nice as the last. Good size scoops too!!! Friendly member of staff you definitely get what you pay for

Brilliant ice cream and loads of flavours homemade and fresh. They have a good covid precautions with a screen and contqctless payment.

Lovely ice cream and great service. The prices are also very good value and there is lots of choice. Can not fault.
