Pizza tastefully ok, slightly dark and very hard edge. Forget Salami. That can happen. As a couple only on two tables in the second row, although everything else was almost free and also remained. First we could sit down where we wanted, but didn't go. Then all the couples sat in the row and front was free. It's really stupid. Complaints to the neighboring tables were very pamperingly answered by the young woman. Since it was very warm we went forward to paying. We had reserved and got the worst place somewhere in the corner, not so beautiful on the river. When we wanted to implement ourselves at one of the many free tables, we were very happy about the young service we were told only to two and would have been pleased with it. I was dissatisfied with the statement and whether there was no other solution, she said I could go somewhere else to eat. I've never experienced so much wickedness combined with superiority. That was my first and last visit to the Castello. The food was only lukewarm and the service is under all levels. As they deal with the guests, you are a bitemaker. One is instructed, justified and on demand when the food comes a papal answer. Service and food get 0 stars. Unfortunately, Google min has 1 star.

Unfortunately we went as before: When greeting was said that everything was reserved and we should sit away. The daily menu (Ravioli) and the pizza were offered. We were at Il Castello yesterday for the first time and were very enthusiastic. Very nice service, nice to sit at the Neckar and the food was sooo delicious. Become here for dinner more often and recommend. Meal type: Dinner
