Eagle Ridge Pizza Pick-Up

First an apology to all the Pizza restaurants in North America but I've singled this one out as my first. With believe it or not a decidedly Greek theme the Pegasus Eagle Ridge Pizza take out is really something else! I thought I'd eaten Pizza before being a bit of a fan of Zizzi's and Pizza Piazza back home but my word they REALLY know how to make a pizza here in Vancouver. Fresh, tasty dough which you don't have to chew for an hour or cut with major first finger pressure or a serrated knife. Toppings which looks like the description and not a token sample of the listed ingredients. The park is lovely, loads of huge trees all around, great view of the sea, mountains, nice trails and walks all around the park. A great splash park and kids playground. On weekends it can be crowded and it would be hard to find a parking spot. Lots of people with cute dogs and lots of families too on weekends. One of the great things here is that the park has couple of restaurants around and Rocky point ice cream store. There is a long line though for ice cream but it moves quite fast and the ice cream totally worth it. They serve coffee too Also the park has two big parkings (but again gets really crowded on weekends). It has restroom. Swimming pool (but wasn't working when I was there)....

There is a nice park in Port Moody with plenty of amenities and activities for children. The waterfront trail is beautiful and there are many flat areas suitable for picnics. However, there are a lot of geese and their droppings everywhere, which is a common issue in parks nowadays. I attended a work event there where we rented the picnic table area and it was a great location for outdoor team building.

This restaurant offers a fantastic location with everything in one place. There are water spouts for kids to play, a small play area with two swings, a large expanse of green grass for relaxing or playing, biking and jogging tracks, a beautiful pier, all overlooking a scenic water body and mountains. And if you're lucky, you may even spot some seals. We were fortunate enough to see one near the pier. Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza was good, but it is expensive, and to-boot they tried to overcharge us on the bill by about $5. When we caught it, the Greek owner tried to say it was right first before admitting it. No apology for the mistake, never looked at us. Wouldn't go back

Goodness, but there is a tonne of pizza places to choose from, so why would you choose this one? Well, for one it is a local establishment and for another, the pizzas are actually quite good, so you will not be disappointed.

This little hole in the wall is connected to the Greek restaurant next door. Due to this, you can get a great variety of Italian and Greek foods. The price is a little high but very convenient and tasty.

Pegasus is actually just a small store front but you can order their pizzas next door at Rodos Kuzina (which shares the kitchen and has the same owner) if Reserva una mesa ahora

I've been living in Port Moody for 10 years, and use to order from Pegasus, but now remember why I won't order from them again.
