The service at the restaurant was fantastic, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. The sushi was particularly disappointing; it resembled something from a supermarket. I can't recommend the sushi at all. My poke bowl was spicy but lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. I chose the poke bowl because I loved the one at the new location on Bloor Street, but there's really no comparison in taste—the one on Bloor Street was exceptional. My husband ordered a burger and fries, and we couldn't help but laugh at the small portion size. It also missed the juicy, flavorful taste we typically enjoy.
Chantelle was very attentive and super welcoming. Shes for the customer experience . She made us really comfortble and set the mood for the night. We told the receptionist we are there to for my friends bachelorette and they gave us complimentary champagne with edible glitters and she got super excited for us to hve a wonderful time. Our server was also wonderful . We had a great time we shared cake to the staff. The food was amazing. Would def come back to celebrate more birthdays wth my friends in here! . Many cheap parking options around the area despite being on the weekend.
I have been there for a couple of times. And it is one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto. Meals are large, so you definitely leave the place with full stomach whatever you order. Atmosphere is great and even in very crowded times it still possible to feel some privacy. Generally the staff there is great, however the last time we got very rushing waitress who was rushing us with our order. I am going to visit this place again and I hope we will get another waitress.
Overall, my experience wasn't too bad. However, the special Valentine's Day menu could have been more exciting and flavorful, especially given the price. I was quite surprised when I received the bill, as I didn't realize that the cost of the special menu didn’t include the cocktails from the Valentine's Day menu; I ended up having to pay extra for them. It would have been better if the waiter had informed us about this in advance.

I booked a reservation for after a theatre show with my family. We arrived much earlier than expected and were quickly accommodated. The ambience is beautiful and upscale. Our waitress seemed nervous, maybe new to the job but she was exceptional. I went specifically on the recommendation of the Truffle Chicken Risotto and it did not disappoint. I will definitely make the trip to Toronto again to try another dish in the future.
Had a reservation booked for four. Walked in and they served us at a tiny circle high top table in the middle of the room crammed with other tables, clearly this table was made for 2 and not for 4. Food was pretty good although our waitress didn't check on us at all throughout the span of our meal, which was at least an hour. Once we paid their was no sign of appreciation, just grabbed the money and walked away.
Three out of the four steaks we ordered were served below our expectations, and we ultimately didn't receive a proper main course. Although two of the steaks were removed from our bill, we were disappointed since we had gone there for lunch hoping for a good meal. The quality could have definitely been better.
This is my second time eating at Earls in the Financial District, and I found the music to be a little too loud both times. So loud that I had to ask those at my table to repeat themselves, numerous times, because I couldn't hear them. If the volume were turned down everything would be perfect.

We had a very good experience for the Valentine's day dinner at Earls. The food, service and ambiance were amazing. Worth the value , really! I had low expectations as it was a $50 preset menu, but they did an outstanding job.
The food and service was exceptional. We were celebrating our joint birthday. Alex recognized that as twin we always share and each got a complementary dessert. That little touch meant so much!
