any juice or smoothie I tried was amazing. fresh ingredients and creative combinations. I also know that it uses compostable removal containers, but in the midcoast there are very limited options to actually compost these products. Unfortunately, the food offers I had were less impressive. the tempeh poke dish was very salty and heavy and took very long to be brought out, although we were the only customers on a sunny afternoon in the peak season. the gripping and go options were ok, but again we are somehow salt heavy and have not tasted completely fresh. This is my favorite spot to be on the Midcoast! Not only do I enjoy the hot yoga classes and teachers but the juice bar is equally as wonderful! I take my kids for smoothies and I get a fresh juice! This is a truly beautiful spot and I am forever grateful to have found this gem! Anyone- beginners, advanced, skeptics- should try EFF and fall in love too!
I have tried the sun tune wrap, santa Fe wrap and Italian salat. the packings were a bit soft and could have had more texture, but still tasted good. the salate was great. this place was an atem of fresh air in an opposite place where there are very few vegan options.

wonderful customer service. we waited a bit (saw as if we had been at the end of a hurry) but the child was communicating, he had to wash a mixer and was so polite. I wish I had his name. also took my smoothie really fast. delicious. Thank you!
EFF offers a beautiful, sparkling clean sanctuary for therapeutic hot yoga and strengthening practices. Any and every age and fitness level will find a welcoming home.
