The service is terrible at EAST. The waiting staff is to chat with each other and never ask how the food is, or if they can get you something else. There is never a manager to talk in this restaurant. We went here every week until we exhausted the terrible service.

The service is terrible. The waiting staff has no manners and call ppl stupid b/c we wanted to change our thoughts and not have hibachi.
